At Yuna Foods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Perishable items such as food packages are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@yunafoods.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective.
3. Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow [number of days] days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
4. Exchanges:
